I’ve recently sold my home, and want to thank the branch manager Lee, and Leah, Georgie, Millie and Laura who have all provided professional and friendly levels of service from the initial valuation onwards. Communication has been great with updates provided as promised, and if I’ve called and the person I’m dealing with hasn’t been available someone else has been able to step in and help, so while you do have the benefit of a dedicated individual, the service continues if they aren’t around -definitely a time and stress saving benefit.
