had an appointment to view a property with one of their staff, we arrived at the appointed time, however there was no sign of anyone to show us round, after waiting 10 minutes, we had to phone the branch to find out where they were, as we had not had a courtesy call or any thing to say that they were going to be late. after talking to someone in the office, and was promised a call back it was a further 10 minutes before a call back was received, by this point I had become fed up and we had left. Apparently the reason for no one turning up was they had double booked the viewer at another property. very poor to almost non existent customer service.
