We've not sold or purchased through Kinetic (as of yet). However wanted to pop a review on here for Joanne. We're currently on the market with a different agent and viewed a new build property at the weekend and we absolutely fell in love!! We were so worried the house would get snapped up before we were ready to proceed. Joanne then went above and beyond to help with potentially a part exchange. Kinetic have been utterly brilliant through what has been a really challenging sale and move. Communication throughout the sale was excellent, and once a seller was found, the support from Jo Foster to keep things moving was outstanding. I can't recommend them enough.
