Property sold to first person that saw it. Marketing and video was great. Jo has been excellent in helping us with the minefield of conveyancing, without her input to push it over the line I am not sure we would have got there. Now exchanged and looking forward to moving. Sold our house through Kinetic, from the start Kinetic were very competitive on their charges, Mat came and did the valuation and took the photos. For some of the viewings other staff came and showed people around and their knowledge of the area was first class. For us the person who stood out was Jo. She was in constant contact with us and our buyers, she was sending weekly emails to our solicitors after updates on where they were in regards of searches and replies, she even sent emails/phoned our sellers estate agent asking them to chase things up.
