Kinetic Estate Agents have been fantastic! We had previously spoken to various agents regarding listing our properties and even went to a different agent initially (which was short lived). We had an introduction to Kinetic and it was a great choice on our part! The team has been brilliant. As we have multiple properties listed with Kinetic and Kinetic New Homes, we have dealings with all members of staff. A special thanks and shout out does go to Jo. Our properties haven't be the easiest to deal with, nor have I (calling most days) but she has never let me down in terms of sales progression and knowledge of what's going on through the chains. The whole experience of buying and selling houses is complicated and stressful but what's really nice is that I feel like we have made friends with a few of the team along the way! We have just sold our property with Kinetic, they are top class. Excellent service from the initial conversation right through to pushing our sale through. We initially had listed with another agent then switched to Kinetic and so pleased we did. Matt started our process with listing our property, taking excellent photos showing off our house and great listing. Jo and the office team then coordinated all the viewings. We ended up with 3 offers on the table (two of which were asking price) within 48 hours of being listed with them. Once sold, Jo was excellent at keeping us updated and informed through the full process, she also helped to keep the chain moving and help push our completion in time for the stamp duty holiday. Highly recommend!!!
