Helpful and informative with local knowledge

Without a shadow of doubt they are easily the most professional, honest and quickest estate agents I've have ever dealt with. After a lot of bad experiences with most other firms it was a refreshing change to finally find one that understands what great customer service looks like. Keep it up! And to everyone reading....please use them for all your needs....they won't disappoint!! :-)

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this instance I just had to! Having had my house for sale for many months, I was getting disheartened with time wasters and inefficiencies of other agents. Kinetic were recommended to me, and I am so grateful there were! I changed to Kinetic and my house was sold within days! Not only that, but throughout they kept me up to date with every detail and answered every email and query on the same day, sometimes even the same night! They were amazing from taking my first enquiry, right through to completion. I genuinely have no hesitation in recommending these guys, not only great in service, but the price was unbeatable too! They have got an awesome team of folks working there. It's mainly Rob who's dealing with our property purchase, but every time when I rang them, everyone was being very helpful! They care for our interests. They communicate ever so quickly with us. If we will have any property purchase or selling, we will definitely choose them again! ! We are extremely happy with their service!

Buying through Kinetic was a great experience, As a first time buyer they guided me through the whole process making sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. Kinetic estate agents... well what can I say?! Other than fantastic! Great service and very thorough. Put my house on the market and within a few days Rob was on the phone to me telling me he had booked a few viewings. Through hard work and determination (thanks to rob and the team) they knew we were wanting a quick sale and that’s what we got. Not only is everyone at Kinetic extremely thorough and professional. But what made the experience stand out in comparison to any other agents I’ve dealt with, is the humour and how they made me feel so comfortable calling for any questions I had and above all, the ability to keep calm under time pressures I had given them. Update to below: I was reached out to, to rectify the situation which I really appreciated. We’re very apologetic about the situation and we’re very nice to speak to on the phone and in person as I managed to sort a viewing. Booked in a viewing on Friday, all sorted over the phone, put in my calendar ready. Come Monday find out they haven’t booked me in. Had to leave work early for this and go out of my way to be there. Absolutely Shocking
