First time selling a house so I wasn't sure what to expect.... Sold within a few days! I had a few different companies round for valuations. All wildly different. Kinetic valued in the middle and seemed genuine, interested and down to earth. Being personable is the best sales technique. Others could learn from them. Matt valued the house and we were also shown round some possible purchases. No over selling. Jo helped us through our sale and I couldn't be more thankful. Our purchase was a private sale and she kept a track of everything with our sale/purchase and kept the process moving. Up for sale and in new house within 3.5mths. Side note - when I called to speak to someone and they weren't there, I got a call back! Rare thing! So thankful to the team.
