I instructed Kinetic to sell my property after trying a few other agents in the local area first and I wish I had gone straight to Kinetic! Not only are the whole team friendly and personable, their service was expert and thorough and they had my property listed in days with viewings booked not long after, which they always attended punctually & shared feedback with me as soon as they could. They updated me weekly and once we had a sale agreed they were extremely proactive and kept in touch with our & the buyer's solicitors and updated me throughout.
