We switched to Kinetic after being a bit underwhelmed by our previous agent. What a difference. They do the basics really well, i.e., answer calls, respond to emails etc. and all very quickly. That sounds obvious but so many professionals don't and constantly need chasing. The team are really friendly and helpful too. What really sets Kinetic apart though is that they're highly proactive and usually one step ahead. They certainly live up to their 'the energy behind moving' ethos. Highly recommended.
