Have worked with Kinetic on multiple occasions as a electrical services and maintenance subcontractor and have always had a great experience with them. They are extremely proactive and priorities their tenants needs always making sure any necessary work is completed in a quick and timely fashion. Would highly recommend as a letting agency.
