I'm eating humble pie. I had Kinetic out to value my house prior but decided to use an other agent because they offered me a much lower fee if I used them I launched to the market and barely heard anything from Starkey and Brown. They are a very old fashioned with no real get up and go. After 4 months I gave my notice and moved to Kinetic. They contacted me straight away to arrange a visit from the sales team so they could see what they were selling. The service was amazing and they actually sold my house pretty quickly. You can tell why the other agent was much cheaper, these guys are so modern, fresh and thecommunication is amazing. Thankyou guys
