They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do — clearly, those people didn’t have kinetic estate agents on their side! From the first meeting with James to handing over the keys with Joanne these guys were on it like a hawk on a property ladder. Always available, always professional, and somehow managed to keep smiling — even when I caused them probably the most stress any client has done and also asked the same question for the fifth time (sorry again, James forever grateful for you). If you’re looking for an estate agent who knows their stuff, communicates better than my group chat, and doesn’t run away screaming when they see your name come up on their phone these guys are the ones!! Joanne and James time and time again picked up the phone to me sobbing and having temper tantrums and handled my high maintenance likes pros and as much as I’m sure they’re happy to get rid of me now nothing was too much to ask and they definitely did more than there job title entails. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I bake them a thank-you cake? Also yes. Do I recommend them? Absolutely – unless you’re bidding on the same house as me in the future. Then… maybe not. James and Joanne are mine so keep your hands off 😄
