Update to below: I was reached out to, to rectify the situation which I really appreciated. We’re very apologetic about the situation and we’re very nice to speak to on the phone and in person as I managed to sort a viewing. Booked in a viewing on Friday, all sorted over the phone, put in my calendar ready. Come Monday find out they haven’t booked me in. Had to leave work early for this and go out of my way to be there. Absolutely Shocking
