We have just sold our property with Kinetic, they are top class. Excellent service from the initial conversation right through to pushing our sale through. We initially had listed with another agent then switched to Kinetic and so pleased we did. Matt started our process with listing our property, taking excellent photos showing off our house and great listing. Jo and the office team then coordinated all the viewings. We ended up with 3 offers on the table (two of which were asking price) within 48 hours of being listed with them. Once sold, Jo was excellent at keeping us updated and informed through the full process, she also helped to keep the chain moving and help push our completion in time for the stamp duty holiday.
