Sophie was a really professional and helpful person to have for advice and guidance as a first time property letting tenant. She went through a lot of mistakes we had made and helped us out with bits we were struggling with really quickly and effeciently. Any one else would have been annoyed at the mistakes but Sophie remained professional and kind and offered us more branches of help to see if it would make applying any easier for us. We got there in the end. A huge thank you to Sophie for being so positive and helpful, it made everything so much easier and understandable and less stressful for us! Would highly recommend.
