From the outset, Manning Stainton gave us the confidence to market our property in Collingham with them and they didn't disappoint, managing to get 30+ viewings over the first weekend. Angela managed the selling/viewings excellently providing timely/concise feedback, getting a sale agreed within a couple of weeks. Sadly that one fell through, but Angela was straight back on it and sold again within a week. Louise took over on managing the process with the buyer and we managed to complete 3 months later, not without it's challenges but Louise managed us/the process well.
