I recently rented house through Romans i can highly recommend them! Zara the agent who helped us with renting was absolutely amazing!!! She helped us with everything showed us a house and was replying for the messages really quick with every question! Also Alex a property manager does his work Excellent. I recommend them in 100%!

We had issues with our previous housemates from our previous residence since they were not allowing the agency to provide the landlord's reference, which was necessary to get the new housing contract with the Romans. For us, Zara worked as the point of contact in Romans. Zara was the one who recognised my problem and made numerous attempts to help us fulfil the terms of the property contract at a time when we were in a precarious position due to my pregnancy. And it was only because of Zara's diligence, supporting nature and kind personality that I obtained the contract. I owe Zara a lot.

Alex Smith - 5 stars! Ive had my rental property now for 7 years which has been fully managed. I have not always been happy with the person managing my rental property but for the last few months Alex has been looking after my property and I have to say the improvement is massive. Replies to emails super quick where as before Id be chasing for days or even weeks! He is also very polite and also eager to help.
