I have been a tenant for over two years and experienced fantatic customer service from day one starting with the very first phone call I’ve made to enquire about a property. Dale is an asset to the company, amazing knowledge and extremely helpful. Always going above and beyond . Highly recommend the Uxbridge as well as the West Drayton branch.

Very pleasant experience Having never rented a property out before both Alfie and Dale did everything for us A tenant was found within a few days and contact has been maintained with us so we know exactly what’s going on. Highly recommended

Great experience working with Alfie who made the whole process seamless. He has a really friendly and no hard sell approach which was refreshing to see after being pestered by other agents. Would definitely recommend Romans.

The best experience I've ever had with a lettings agency!! Jacob, Lisa and all the team at Bennetts were first class. They arrived early on the open day to familiarise themselves with the property and kept me fully informed throughout the sale. They would call a couple of times a week even with no information but it was reassuring to know they were on the ball. Well done team!

Thanks to the great help from Alfie, I finally get a satisfactory place where I can spend quite some happy time with my family. Great to meet such patient and kind staff for my first time renting. Will definitely recommend Romans to other friends.

On my last trip to London, I had a goal to find a home for my wife in the Uxbridge area, and I did so thanks to Zara and Maria from the Romans branch in Uxbridge. The two were brilliant and precise and made my penultimate day in London the best in a week because in a few hours they showed me the apartment, which we then took from January, making our experience unique.
