As others have said, Zara in particular was professional, honest and very helpful, particularly since I have never moved before and was unfamiliar with the process. She was absolutely fantastic. Her honest attitude during the viewing was one of the reasons that I chose this flat, and I'm glad that I did. From the viewing onwards I never got the sense that I was being deflected or manipulated, which I can't say for some of the other estate agents I've dealt with. All very much appreciated, especially given the short timescale I had to work with. There was a small problem with another agent who proved unresponsive when I had questions about the tenancy agreement, but overall I have little to complain about. I've not noticed any drop in quality after moving in, either.
