I previously had another agent instructed to sell my property. However, they did not generate any offers at all. I went with this agent in the first place as opposed to Romans because they were cheaper. Saad Mushtaq was monitoring the property on Rightmove and realised it had not sold yet and called me directly. After a bit of persuasion, I changed agents and instructed Romans. Saad and his team were terrific in generating viewings. Arun Desoura was crucial in getting a viewer from another property to view my property. That consequently led to the offer being put in and accepted. Romans have been fantastic in getting the property off the market. The buyers were very slow in progressing with the legal process, however, we have now successfully exchanged. Lorraine was good at chasing the other side.

Recently we sold our property through Romans .. I have to say the service throughout was exceptional. SAAD was dealing with us throughout our sale process and he is an amazing in providing the best customer service. All our issues and queries were resolved. As others have said, Zara in particular was professional, honest and very helpful, particularly since I have never moved before and was unfamiliar with the process. She was absolutely fantastic. Her honest attitude during the viewing was one of the reasons that I chose this flat, and I'm glad that I did. From the viewing onwards I never got the sense that I was being deflected or manipulated, which I can't say for some of the other estate agents I've dealt with. All very much appreciated, especially given the short timescale I had to work with. There was a small problem with another agent who proved unresponsive when I had questions about the tenancy agreement, but overall I have little to complain about. I've not noticed any drop in quality after moving in, either.
