From the contents of your review understand you were a customer with our West Drayton branch however can this review has been duplicated and left under both the West Drayton and Uxbridge branches; our teams really pride themselves on delivering great service and while we realise your experience has affected your opinion of Romans as a whole but know that the Uxbridge team will be really discouraged to have received a low star rating as a result of a situation they haven’t been involved in.
