Money grabbers. I lived in the cold for all of the winter season because the Property Manager , Joseph Hayes did not, through the landlord, provide adequate heating. A fault that had been reported for over one year. Now they refuse to return my deposit. It was all about the rent with these people. I will not give up until I get my deposit back!
