We dealt with Alfie Birch in the Uxbridge branch of Romans. I cannot speak highly enough of Alfie and his professionalism. Alfie made the process easy and stress free and really went out of his way to make finding a new home as easy as possible for us. Alfie happily fitted into our manic schedule to do viewings on rental properties, was an expert guide through the reference checks; legalities and paperwork and even ensured that a last minute maintenance issue was fixed in record time so that we could move in on time. Since we have moved in and settled Alfie has send me a friendly mail from time to time just to see how we're settling in and enjoying our new home. I would recommend Alfie without hesitation, and one day when we decide its time to move again Alfie will be the first person that I call.
