I've never had to directly deal with an estate-agency before and to be frank, I contacted multiple people to assist myself and my housemates with the moving plan with Romans and Zara was THE one who was SUCH a big help. She always answered the phone when we called, communicated so well, and she explained everything in a manner we could understand. Highly recommend if Zara is around/able to help, definitely contact her, made the move way less stressful. Overall great experience.
