This was the best experience we have had of Romans. We reported a front door issue on Bank Holiday Monday and the repair was completed by noon on Tuesday. Alex said if he could have activated the problem on Bank Holiday Monday he would have done. We are delighted the problem has been sorted quickly. Thank you Alex.
