This is our first experience in going through renting an apartment in UK. Zara was our contact person from Romans and she made our experience very smooth and easy. She took care of our preferences for the furniture and ensured that the apartment is properly cleaned before we move-in. She coordinated with the landlord for our move-in date and attended to all our queries with utmost priority. It is great working with her. I will recommend her to some of my colleagues needing to rent in near future.
