He was professional and communicative throughout the whole process - it was easily the best estate agent experience we’ve had over the past 8 years. There was only one issue with our move (we did not receive a full set of keys on our move in day) - the delay was not the fault of the estate agent but did cause some tension and frayed tempers (which I’m sad about). However, I have to say even with my stress and frustration about the delay, Scott and his colleague Ketan remained calm and understanding. I appreciate that so much.
