I wanted to take the time to leave an EXCELLENT REVIEW for Scott Sharples and Michelle Mellars, throughout my 4.5 year tenancy they were nothing but exceptional, professional, kind, humane, decent, fair, prompt and very helpful when it came to my repair, tenancy questions, concerns and supportive when I got my pre cancer diagnosis and when I got a no fault eviction, despite always paying my rent on time, they were also excellent in terms of the advice and concerns shown when I experienced delays and issues with repairs (even though they were not responsible for propery repairs and management) and gave great support when I trying to find alternate housing when no fault eviction (was happening, until eventually the landlords decided to let me stay)...I am eternally grateful to you both, and feel you both should be promoted and given payrises, Camerons would not be the same without you both. Thank you both you redeem and give estate agents a good name.......END OF POSITIVE REVIEW************** NEGATIVE INDIVIDUAL REVIEW******* (Karolina Buczynska receives a 1 star for her inhumane, unkindness and matter of fact approach On the phone, when I needed to leave my tenancy early on disabled and health grounds, and explained this, she showed no compassion, was machine like, showed, no interest in my reasons, and was heartless in her dismissive communication style about my health (saying I dont know about this), avoid her like the plague, calls are sadly not recorded so her boss sided with her, seems she was more concerned with ensuring money grabbing an early exit fee, for Camerons and the landlords, than understanding under the Equality Act 2010 disabled individuals, and those with health conditions who find their property no longer fit to stay, in should not be financially penalised against, and that their tenancy can be set aside legally....)

http://cameron.coHello from the Uxbridge branch team. We are extremely proud of our well-recognised office in the centre of town, close to the Underground station. We have been part of the community since 2007 and have helped thousands of people move to and within the neighbourhood – trading up as they outgrow their old home or downsizing as their children fly the nest. In some cases we have helped many generations of the same family move and much of our business remains word-of-mouth, such is our reputation in Uxbridge. Having a physical branch is an important part of being an Uxbridge estate agent, as it provides buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants a place to seek advice and reassurance. It also means we have our eyes open and ears to the ground where it matters most. Drop by if you’re looking for a flat for sale in Uxbridge or would like advice on any property matter – no appointment necessary.
