It seems from the seller perspective everything is great and the reviews are amazing. From the perspective of the buyer (us) we would've appreciated a little more effort or communication. Our process was very delayed due to problems in the sellers side however we were lucky enough to keep in touch directly with the seller. We were also given conflicting information when we first put in an offer suggesting the seller was ready to move out as soon as possible and this was not the case as they were not ready until 6 months down the line. We only found this out when we contacted the seller directly. For us it was not an issue but for someone else with timeline issues could ve been massive problem. We also struggled to get the house viewed in the beginning, we had to chase to get in a viewing and then an offer down. We are very happy in the end the house is ours ans perhaps as first time buyers we needed a wee bit more communication. After all, not all of us know what the whole process entails.

I really dont know how can this agency has 4.9 stars. We purchaised a property and it was the worse experience. Tbey first suggested us their solicitor, way more expensive than others, most of the time the Solicitor wouldnt reply to our emails. Then Sophie wasn't helpful at all. Everytime we called her at the Agency she was always busy and we got told she was going to call us cause she was in meetings, but everytime I went there she was just sitting at her computer doing nothing. She was only helping the seller side but she was never at our side. She would never reply to our email, but when the seller was upset and wanted to close the purchaise, she would rush everything to us. She has attitude and not suitable for her job. Then we also been told a bunch of lies about who lives over our flat, during the viewing the agent said a couple was upstairs and now we found out , after entering in our house, upstairs there is a father with 3 very noisy boys, who play loud music most of the times. We have been told they had a lovely relation with the seller but now we start to doubt that as well. We are not happy with the whole situation as the person who lives over us is very aggressive and rude. They shold be sued for all these lies. Wont use them anymore and neither suggest to people.

I am extremely disappointed. As it has happened for the second time with me now. Been promised a viewing and 1st time no one turned up. I let it pass as it can happen. Now again viewing at 15.20 time now 15.48 and agent still hasn't shown up yet. A courtesy call may have avoided the unpleasant experience. Office is closed not sure what to do. I expected better.

Called them for weeks about a property for rent and they said they are gonna get back to me. Talked to them friday they said they'll let me know when the viewings are and on monday I find out they had viewings over the weekend and already got offers. I dont know what this was about but worst agents ever from my experience

The worst estate agent to deal with, they strung us along with fake promises for 3 weeks and last minute tell us the landlord is pulling out!! We viewed this property 05/03/22 and the estate agent told us it had 12 viewings and if we want the flat we have to place an offer ASAP. We placed an offer and they confirmed the landlord is happy to proceed. Over the past 3 weeks we have been chasing it up, sending over 20 emails (many she did not respond to). After 2 weeks I raised concerns if this is still going ahead and she told us everything is fine and told me they will send a link where we can fill out the forms electronically and make an online payment for the holding deposit after much chasing for a further 1 week she finally responded with sorry we had a “server error”. She also promised to send photos of the flat 2 weeks prior to show that the property is furnished, again after pestering and many calls everyday for 2 weeks they finally sent the photos today. And After much persuasion she finally sent the paperwork as a WORD document (which could have been sent 3 weeks ago) Not only that, she calls at the end of the day yesterday 24/03/22 to inform me that the landlord is giving the flat to a “family member” instead after accepting and taking the holding down deposit!! (Sounds very fishy) I can’t believe we were strung along for 3 weeks instead of just being honest that the landlord wants to give the flat to another tenant from the start because of xyz Now we have less than 2 weeks to find somewhere to live. Be very aware, if something does not feel right or seems fishy do not blindly trust the estate agents, they protect the landlords, not tenants
