Extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion shown by this agency (Amy Mccallum). I’m living with cancer and reached out early to ask for help ending my tenancy to avoid arrears. Instead of understanding, I was told I’d have to pay £200 + VAT just to leave — while struggling with illness and unable to work. Rather than offering support, they preferred to create unnecessary stress. This shows a complete lack of empathy for tenants facing genuine hardship. I served my community during the pandemic with the NHS Rapid Response Team, and this is how my community repays me — with fees, not compassion. No one fighting for their life should have to fight for a bit of humanity.
