I made tge decision to move to Wales and I was looking for a specific type of property. I had booked to see a house that on paper met my requirements. I booked an appointment to see my now new home on a whim. I did 4 visits and was greeted by a well presented, knowledgeable and friendly person from Archer & Co. After my final visit, I popped into the office to put an offer on the house. It was a Saturday and Ben was on holiday. He did take time out over the weekend to liaise with the seller and negotiate on my behalf. It was a straight forward process and my offer was accepted on the Monday. It was a relatively straightforward process to exchange contracts and the office kept the keys until I was able to pick them up. The welcome gift box which I was given was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Archer & Co. It was a fantastic customer experience.
