Explained everything to me in plain language so I could understand the process and the valuation price etc. He has managed my expectations and reassured me! Marketing: Maddie has liaised with us re photographer, brochure and the listing and gosh was she a star ⭐️ She was patient and listened to our wishes and suggestions. She has even posted me the copy of the brochure so I can keep it ☺️ the photographer was absolutely brilliant! Professional and very good at his job! The pictures turned out amazing! Viewings and Sale: James oh James! What a lovely gentleman! He was attentive, patient, professional and funny! The efficiency, reliability and attention to detail was just amazing!
