Overall DDM performed well. Always available to talk through issues that arose as the sale progressed. They provided an honest valuation with good explanations of where the pricing bracket comes from in comparison across the area. They also did a lot of chasing on our behalf which we was very grateful for. As usual, it’s the solicitors that were poor which makes everyone’s job difficult. Thanks again all at DDM and apologies the review is a little delayed

Great service from DDM staff. Made it easy to visit the property we were interested in. Booking was quick and several messages were sent as reminders as well as a good follow up afterwards. Would recommend.

Could not ask for better staff members all so polite,patient and very helpful especially Lesley. Could not have moved into our house if it wasn’t for Her. So helpful and constantly going out of her way and putting us first! Great customer service skills would definitely recommend using Ryder and Dutton. Was as easy as moving house could possible be.

When I first found the house I was buying I found the service fantastic. Enthusiastic and helpful. I very much appreciated the weekly updates and understood when they got fewer and further between as nothing much was happening. However, towards the end of the purchase there was very little contact, emails went unanswered for long periods and in one case I had asked when the vendor wanted to exchange and by the time the answer came exchange had been arranged and was happening the following day. It was really disappointing as DDM had been very impressive until near the end.
