Overall DDM performed well. Always available to talk through issues that arose as the sale progressed. They provided an honest valuation with good explanations of where the pricing bracket comes from in comparison across the area. They also did a lot of chasing on our behalf which we was very grateful for. As usual, it’s the solicitors that were poor which makes everyone’s job difficult.
