Though we initially had some issues at the start of our journey with DDM I must say Emily at Gainsborough was fantastic. She cut through the problems and provided a five star customer service, resolving things quickly and efficiently. If we'd have had her as the initial point of contact i'm sure this would have been a full 5 stars
