I never thought I'd say this about a letting agent, but Graeme Pope of Martin & co Letting Agents, Uckfield is efficient, friendly and helpful. He helped us to secure our perfect rental accommodation at a price we could afford, with the minimum of fuss. He's popped-in to drop off paper work or to discuss matters that the has landlord brought up, and has been proactive at coming up with solutions to minor issues that have arisen. As I have told him every time I've met him - he's too nice to be a letting agent! Highly recommended.

Martin & Co help us to look after our buy-to-let properties. They are incredibly efficient: they do far more than we pay them to do i.e. they certainly go the extra mile. They are unfailingly polite and courteous and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having read such positive reviews about Martin and Co my daughter called in to see if they could help her to look for a suitable property to rent in Heathfield area having been registered with all agents in Heathfield for 2 months and not had any contact from any of them. She received a very warm welcome from the team and they were extremely positive with her and for the first time in two months she feels confident that they will be pro-active on her behalf. Well done Martin & co you certainly have the 'human' touch which appears to be somewhat lacking in this period of high demand for rental properties.

Very efficient, found a brand new tenant within days. The team at Uckfield have all the management skills to remove any stress of the day to day running of your property. Who would not want to be a landlord with Martins.....
