Martin and co have been very helpful during my stressful move period. I have contacted them multiple times with questions and Rosemary didn’t ever get frustrated by this. I even requested to move in early than I signed for and they redid all paperwork for me so that this can go ahead. They really put customer first and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I were to look to move again.

Very professional,helpful and courteous staff. Always there to offer helping hand whatever issue it might be.

I have rented a property with Martin and Co in Wokingham for the past 2 years and have recently decided to hand it back and live with friends to save to buy.The experience I had with Martin and Co was superb, I predominantly liaised with Rosemary who was courteous from the start and she treated me almost like a friend throughout my tenancy and through the handing back process, her colleagues are lovely also.I rarely had any need to call the agents but when I did they bent over backwards to accommodate any requirements that I had and they were thoroughly communicative and courteous.
