I was so pleased to have chosen Marin and Co to sell my property. I had consulted four after looking at a lot of websites. Of those, I already like Martin and Co’s. I found it clear, informative, nicely presented and easy to use and I hoped that potential buyers would do so too. All the Agents I spoke to were clearly knowledgeable about the local market and selling prices of similar properties, but Erica particularly drew out factors to distinguish one from another in arriving at her market valuation. I was also impressed by the informative buyers pack that is provided to viewers. I thought their photos and particularly their 360 degree images presented my property to best effect and hoped they would be helpful to potential buyers.
