The valuation provided a comprehensive proposal & was supported by guidance on marketing options & identification of organisation that could effectively support subsequent activities including Solicitors & surveyors. This was followed by brochure preparation, with photography & video plus an EPC survey & report, all of which was carried out without stress. Initial marketing was executed quickly & resulted in a number of early viewing all of which where managed in a very professional manner. When an offer arrived the team ensured we where kept fully informed & carried out negotiations with the prospective buyer to ensure we achieved the best price. Once a price was agreed this part of the process was concluded with instructions to our solicitor & all other interested parties effectively. Things didn’t stop there as the team continue with supporting ongoing activity through to completion. They also provided invaluable support to our obtaining our next property at the best possible price even though this is outside the geographical area they cover.
