Very bad experience! No clear and no fear process to rent a property. Provided financial documents but never received answer. Every client deserved an answer even if has been rejected for some reason. On the next day property advertised as “Let Agreed” on company website and day after that installed big sign “To Let” in front of the same property. Still Confused as you can book a viewing on-line. I feel discriminated. A negative feedback.

Absolutely a nightmare! The apartment had some issues (e.g. mould coming from the ceiling, issues with the curtain rod, the boiler not working, etc...) It took ages to solve all the issues the apartment had (and many were not solved at all) even after many emails exchanged between us and the agency. For most of the problems reported we had to contact them multiple times by phone and by email to make something happen. For the boiler issue, for example, we had to stay more than 10 days without hot water...unbelievable. Not recommended at all.

Staff were rude, unhelpful and acted like I was stupid. Not impressed, avoid at all costs!
