We could hardly believe the difference. She not only promised to do things, she actually did them. This was particularly important as we live 90 miles from the property. She conscientiously vetted potential tenants, arranged viewings and negotiated an acceptable rent. In addition, she recommended a contactor for carpets and redecoration works, liaised with them, and made all necessary arrangements, all the while keeping us well informed. When we met Shelly at the house, she could not have been more pleasant or helpful and gave us the time we needed to finalise details. Equally, Property Manager Novia has been very willing to help in matters such as advising on new white goods. We are extremely pleased with the services we have received and would certainly commend the Twickenham Branch of Martin & Co to landlords.
