I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I found a nice apartment which we were happy to rent with my family. I submitted a form online and got a call, but nothing progressed. I visited in person and managed to book a viewing for the next day. The person in the office was nice and told me we would pass all the checks and probably get the flat. But U never received a confirmation email for the viewing. When we showed up on the date and time agreed, no one was there. When I called to ask what was happening, the staff hung up on me. When I called again, they said that without a confirmation email, the viewing wasn’t booked. I explained that it is not my fault that the email wasn’t sent I was hung up on again. I emailed them to reschedule, but never received a reply. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
