David has been truly fantastic on my property purchase. He made the deal happen through a very complex process of removal of a CCJ (which had been made in error by the courts) and then a Statutory Lease Extension (SLE) which was then required to secure a mortgage. His good humour, deep knowledge of how these things work and regular communication kept both the seller and myself updated and engaged. Wholeheartedly recommended!
