David Rogers could not have been more helpful as regards dealing with tenants and in connection with the sale of the property. His knowledge of tenancy law is detailed and comprehensive.

Sometimes being a tenant you feel like everything is your fault and nothing ever gets fixed but Martin and Co responded to every report, request and communication swiftly and efficiently and we never had to chase or remind them and we never felt like anything was our fault and everything got fixed quickly. Even at the end of the tenancy they arranged all the cleaning for us and were very quick on actioning the return of our deposit. We are just sorry that they aren't managing our new tenancy!
