Lauren was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process, always available -one call away and responsive to my emails. She made sure that I was on track with the process and helped me chase the appropriate people involved in the sales process. Lauren also recommended solicitors, surveyors and builders when I needed them. She also shared the meter readings just before I moved in. Lauren also took measurements of relevant spaces for me to be able to order furniture/appliance with the correct measurements. She has been instrumental to purchasing my first home!
