I could not fault the service provided by Kings in finding me a tenant for my flat. As well as being a very professional, friendly bunch, they have good systems for keeping you updated on viewings and appointments and have the experience to vet prospective tenants and not always go for the “easy win”. I’d not hesitate to recommend them. Oh- their fees are reasonable as well.

I recently decided to sell my main residence to look for a bigger property. I discussed the options with Mike & the team & they quicky came to view/value the property. After agreeing the details & what photos to put up, the flat was put up on the market on the Friday. The first viewing was on the Saturday & I had an offer the following week, & subject to negotiation I then accepted an offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Kings to any of my clients, friends or family.
