We have rented out our house via kings for over 2 years and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. As we live in Australia, having a partner look after our main asset in the UK is very important to us. My wife and I have just bought and got the keys to a house that was marketed with Kings in Tunbridge Wells. Although they were obviously acting for the vendor I found that Tom went above and beyond for us, acting as our contact between the vendor and also the different solicitors. I’ve no doubt that the whole process would have taken an age had Tom not been so on the ball. As someone who has used their services as a purchaser I’d definitely recommend using this agent in future if looking to sell.
