I would like to recognise all members of the KMJ team, but Mark in particular really helped to explain the process, as this was my first time buying a house. He was always very prompt in answering queries, happy to accommodate second viewings, and even recommended tradesmen to help address some of the issues raised in the survey. His support made the whole experience much less stressful, and I really appreciated the professionalism and guidance throughout.
