Any issues with maintenance are dealt with swiftly and to a very high standard through their team of contractors and contacts within the industry which is my main reason for using an agent to handle my rental requirements. Invoicing is clear and payment is always prompt. In addition to the services they offer, the monthly newsletter is up to the minute with any legislative changes that many affect rental properties along with more general property related news and hints.
