I write this having JUST moved into our first family home purchased through Cooke Curtis, and I honestly cannot praise them highly enough. They also recommended an excellent broker, and - thanks to their combined help - we were able to complete our purchase within two months (ONE day before our scheduled move-out date from rented accommodation, I might add, so the stakes were high). I will absolutely be using them again if I ever plan on selling or renting my home - and I recommend them without hesitation.
