It was clear that he had excellent local knowledge. Where Daniel really excelled was in getting the sale completed. The property we bought was at the end of quite a long chain. It is fair to say that, without Daniel's persistence and professionalism, the process would have dragged on for a lot longer than it did. As it was, we completed just over 11 weeks after our offer was accepted. Throughout, Daniel was friendly and professional. We would have no hesitation in using Daniel should we decide to sell.
